- iGov Lands FirstSource Contract from DHS-Procurement Could Total $3 Billion for System Integrator and Partner IBM (McLean, VA., March 07, 2007) – As a major step in its effort to streamline the procurement process and integrate the IT infrastructure across all its agencies, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has awarded a FirstSource contract to iGov, the company today announced.
