iGov Management Services offerings:

  • Program/Project Management- The application of Knowledge and Tools to meet Project/Program Requirements and Objectives. iGov recognizes that providing qualified Program and/or Project Management Services is the most efficient means to achieve cost, schedule and quality objectives on IT Programs and Solution Implementations.

  • Logistics Management- The integration of the entire supply chain from the purchase of raw materials through the production and distribution to the customer. This integration also allows for the optimization of all aspects of the total inventory — raw material, production resources, finished goods, associated packaging and supplies, as well as transportation resources. These integration efforts include:
    Forecasting Receiving Inventory control
    Scheduling Production   Distribution Management Warehousing

  • Asset Management- iGov uses standard industry processes for asset management from barcode component scanning, through stocking and electronic inventory management, through shipping, tracking and solution delivery. 

  • Acquisition Support- iGov provides Information Technology (IT) acquisition support implementing the latest advances in acquisition streamlining, commercial procurements, government-wide acquisition contracts/schedules, and performance-based contracting.  Our Pre-Award and Post-Award acquisition support services include developing Statements of Objectives, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Performance Specifications, associated solicitation documentation and Technical advice, and assistance regarding proposal evaluation.

  • Product/Service Sourcing- For product sourcing, iGov negotiates “most-favored customer” status which puts us in a position to provide aggressive pricing to the government.  We have also written solid vendor contracts that mandate that our vendors provide price reductions in a timely fashion.   We also use these vendor contracts to ensure that our vendors state in writing that they will comply with the FAR for all DPAS-rated orders.   We have a deep bench of service providers with whom we can call on for any outsourcing requirements to round out our service offering.

  • Quality Management- The incorporation of planning, assuring and controlling elements of quality within a product or service offering. iGov's organizational quality and performance, focuses on improving customer satisfaction through continuous and incremental improvements to processes. Quality processes are introduced from concept to delivery of product or service offerings to our Customers.

  • Risk Management- The ability to identify, assess, and manage the impacts of risk on a particular task, program or business. iGov provides the management skill set required to plan, identify and analyze risk complimented with the abilities to address risk mitigation, monitoring and control.

  • Contracts Management- Activities involved in managing and maintaining current and future contracts including managing payment schedules, renewals, budget tracking, work flow management, contract modifications and task orders, employee and vendor information, and payment management.
