McLean, VA, October 5, 2009 - As part of its ongoing effort to support Department of Defense Forces, iGov has made a donation to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation (SOWF.)  The company has supported SOWF for the past three years and is a Freedom level sponsor of the Foundation.

 The Special Operations Warrior Foundation provides full college scholarship grants, along with financial aid and educational counseling to surviving children of Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps Special Operations personnel who were killed in an operational mission or training accident. 

 Each year, iGov employees attend the Special Operations Warrior Foundation's (SOWF) Annual Tribute to Special Operations Forces Dinner which was held last month.  The dinner honors Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps personnel.  The company purchased a table for the dinner.

 "This community is very important to iGov," said Patrick Neven, Chairman and CEO of iGov.  "Many of our employees are veterans, and we fully appreciate the courage and bravery this elite group of warriors demonstrate while undertaking some of the most hazardous national security missions.  We are proud to have an opportunity to support the families of our fallen heroes."

 iGov is leading a fundraising campaign among its vendor partners to generate more donations for  SOWF. In 2010, the company will host fundraising events in McLean, Virginia and Tampa, Florida.
