During his career, Gieseler has provided financial guidance and direction to companies and clients in multiple industries. As a partner with Tatum LLC, he specialized in financial leadership, mergers & acquisitions, CFO mentoring and emerging growth. He served as Interim Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for a privately-held $200 million healthcare company and for a $1 billion global consulting company.

Prior to joining Tatum, Gieseler founded BHG Consulting, where he served as Financial and Operational Advisor to early-stage companies in rapid-growth mode. Previously, he co-founded the Strategic Global Alliances Division for Perot Systems, Inc ., and managed the accounting, contracting business planning, organization and finance functions as the Division's Chief Administrative Officer.
